Mitti Cafe located in the bylanes of old palasia is a small and vibrant one that stands out than the rest. If you’re a vegetarian and looking for a healthy alternative, this is the place. I’ve visited this place just once and have relished their home delivery food many times.
I ordered a ‘Sabudana Khichdi’ and one ‘Chhole Kulche’. I liked how they are maintaining the concept of being organic in preparing mostly Indian food. The food is either served in high-grade disposable or earthen plates. The prices here are very economical and wouldn’t burn a hole in your pocket. Despite the low price, the dishes taste at its best. Besides, I also had a ‘Banana Shake’ and an ABC (Apple, Beetroot, Carrot) Juice. It had no added sugar with the real flavor of the said fruits.
The ambiance of this place is very perky. A little bit of this, a little bit of that can be seen inside the cafe decor. You can grab a stool and can enjoy the outdoor seating as well. This is a self-service place and hence no waiters are employed to attain you. I would definitely visit again to savor the rest of the delicacies here.
